Ex beauty queen and Rapper Munachi Abii is now the new face of LUX Beauty Soap

 Rapper/ Ex-beauty Queen Munachi Abii has been chosen as the new face of LUX Soap. Munachi who is managed by the RMG Company, will be appearing in TV and Print Ads for Lux’s Moisturising Soap range. The ads have been shot and will debut on TV screens and billboards in several African countries in a few weeks.
Check out screen shots from the TV commercial and a peek at the print ad.
Here is a description of the TVC courtesy South African Media & Advertising website, Totally MAd;
The TVC is set in a luxury penthouse suite overlooking a city at night. The Nigerian celebrity, after bathing with Lux moisturising soap, blindfolds her partner and the two play a game of blind man’s bluff. Every time the man finds her and runs his hands over her smooth skin she slips away from him. When he finally thinks he has her, it turns out he has found the maid whose skin is not as soft and smooth.
At the end though the couple embrace as he enjoys caressing her soft skin.
Munachi has joined an extraordinary league of women who have represented LUX over the decades. Actresses including Elizabeth Taylor, Marilyn Monroe, Brigitte Bardot and more recently Sarah Jessica Parker, Catherine Zeta Jones, Genevieve Nnaji and Jennifer Lopez have endorsed the brand.
In Asia, where Lux is one of the continent’s leading beauty brand names, a selection of stunning Bollywood actresses have endorsed Lux products, with Aishwarya Rai one of the best-known brand ambassadors.
