Lady of Songs Christy Essien is gone ....

It's been a sober day since the news of her death broke around 3pm today. She died a few hours ago after a brief illness having being hospitalized about 3 days ago in an undisclosed private hospital.
The award winning songwriter and singer was a former President of the PMAN, the body of Nigerian entertainers. She hailed from Akwa Ibom State. She was aged 51. May her soul rest in peace.
