Top Nigerian stars and Glo Naija Sings guests in previous seasons, Wizkid and Banky W, are set to perform alongside American R&B singer Chante Moore! The three will perform at a charity concert on 20 August at Habour Point in Lagos in support of the True Health Foundation. The event is aimed at raising awareness of the rise of chronic renal failure in Nigeria and at raising funds to help those suffering from the ailment.
Moore, who is a frequent guest in Africa, rose to fame with her debut, Precious, released in 1992. She subsequently released eight albums - including two collaborations with her husband, Kenny Latttimore, released in 2003 and 2006. Her latest album, Love The Woman, was released in 2008.
She will be joining Nigeria's fastest rising star, Wizkid, who performed during the Season II finale of Glo Naija Sings, and Banky W, who was a guest judge in Season I: his four albums have made him a force to be reckoned with in the Naija music industry.
