Leila Lopes is the 25 year old Angolan stunner that deservedly won the crown just lastnite in Sao Paulo,Brazil, at the Miss Universe Pageant co-owned by American real estate mogul-Donald Trump, there had been a bit of controversy that preceded the Monday showcase, when the Beauty queen representing Colombia had forgotten to wear her undies at some showcase before the main show.
Miss Lopes the newly crowned Miss Universe is a Business Management Student, studying and living in the UK. The other runners up were Miss Ukraine-1st runner up,Miss Brazil-2nd runner up
,Miss Philippines-3rd runner up and Miss China was 4th runner up, Miss Lopes is the 2nd African to have won the prestigious crown, the first ever was Miss Botswana-Mpule Kwelagobe who was crowned in 1999, at Chaguaramas, Trinidad & Tobago.
