THE FOUR MONTH RULE

The Housemates had a heated discussion about when it's okay to get down and dirty with a new lover for the first time.

Weza, led the discussion and shared with the group how in her country, the norm is to get to know a guy first and then tackle bedroom matters four months later."We have a four month rule and that's what I subscribe to as well", she said.

Some of the Housemates, Kim, Felicia and some of the guys in particular, were taken aback by Weza's revelation. "So, what will you be doing for the four  months?", they asked.
icia also did not seem to understand the concept but then conceded that it depends on the reason for the relationship. The boys did not seem too keen, with Jossy stating he didn't mind whether a girl gave it up in a week or four months.

Ernest supported Jossy's statement too, while Zeus chose to support Weza.

"I think it's better to get to know a person before you take that next step", he said.

DIRTY DANCERS...

As the alcohol flowed, so did the excitement in the garden as the dance moves got raunchier and raunchier leading to a sizzling session of dirty dancing.

The Housemates were done with their presentation speeches Task and it was time to celebrate, thanks to the supplies Biggie stashed in the storeroom for them.

With Lomwe lying flat on his back on the lawn, the girls took turns performing dirty dance moves on him with the music blasting.

Millicent took it up a notch, shaking her booty while suspended above Lomwe and sipping alcohol off Lomwe's belly button.

Once Lomwe's session was over, Millicent took to the lawn and placed her body on the 'platter' for the guys to 'entertain' and be 'entertained'.

There was no doubt that it would be a long night as the Housemates swore on having fun to the fullest.

WEDNESDAY TASK: PUSHING THE WHEEL BARROW

The first Wednesday Task involved pushing people on wheelbarrows. Big Brother instructed Housemates, through Bernadina, to divide themselves into two teams and choose one person to sit on each wheelbarrow.

One team chose Miss P and the other Nkuli to be the load on their wheelbarrow.

Six people from each team stood on the deck and six people at the verandah.

A whistle was blown to start the Relay Race which began at the deck facing the front door. Each Housemates pushed the wheelbarrow across the lawn in a straight line and handed it over to a teammate who repeated the action and sat down once finished.

The team with all members sitting down first won the Task.

Ernest was heard complaining that Weza's team won only because they were pushing a lighter weight in Nkuli, as opposed to their Miss P.

BIG BROTHER HOUSEMATES DECIDE TO MAKE THEIR OWN ALCOHOL

The Housemates decided to make their own alcohol, following the booze crises that hit the House.

As the Housemates were coming to terms with their booze crises, Nic revealed that he is a master at brewing home-made booze.

His fellow Housemates were so thrilled at this revelation, they commissioned him to make loads of it for their consumption.

Soon, the kitchen was a hive of activity, as Nic ordered his fellow Housemates to bring him the ingredients that would go into his brew.

Some of the Housemates' Comments:
Vimbai - I hope this is going to work. There will be a lot of angry Housemates if it doesnt!

Felicia - It must be kept under my bed. I'll take care of it (to which Vina responded "We'd probably wake up and find the concoction finished and you drunk!")

Vina - I can just picture Big Brother telling us (Big Brother Voice) "Your safety comes first. Please refrain from making your own booze and endangering the lives of your fellow Housemates.)

Jossy - We need to launch this booze on Friday night.

The Housemates, who looked super excited, hovered over his shoulder as he threw in orange, pineapples and potato skins and other ingredients into a pot.

When Nic had done the mixing of ingredients, he announced that the mixture needed a day and a half to ferment, disappointing the Housemates, who were ready to imbibe.

Everyone reckoned the booze was well worth waiting for and wrapped it in cellophane wrap. Felicia, who seemed to be the most excited out of the lot then picked up the pot of booze, posed with it and gave a beaming smile.

KAREN APOLOGISES

After spending half the day arguing with her fellow Housemates, Karen apologised.

Karen told her fellow Housemates how she only called them "bitches" to get their attention.
She shared how upset she was when she was reading the Task brief, because everyone mocked her and was not taking anything she was saying seriously.

"I'm sorry if I offended anybody. I wanted to get your attention because it was serious business. I apologise. I love you guys", she told the Housemates, who had assembled in the lounge.

The Housemates did not seem to have any qualms with Karen's apology and accepted it

As the first anniversary of the passing of beloved rapper Dagrin
approaches, NET Newspapers LTD, publishers of Nigerian Entertainment
Today (NET) have announced that they’re instituting a memorial lecture
in honor of the rapper who died on April 22, 2010.
A statement signed by the paper’s Publisher Ayeni Adekunle, says the
reason for the memorial Lecture, is ‘obvious to us all’.
‘Dagrin died in very tragic circumstances. A young man who was full of
life; who was very hardworking and very promising had his life cut
short in such horrible manner. Could his death, just like that of CD
John, Chidinma Mbalaso and many others have been prevented?’ Ayeni
asks.

The Memorial Lecture, scheduled to hold at Protea Hotels, in Ikeja
GRA, at a yet-to-be-announced date, will feature speakers from all
relevant industries: security and safety; media, health and medicine,
governance, entertainment, communication, management and others.
‘We’re working on getting relevant people from the FRSC, Police Force,
Nigerian Medical Association, as other bodies; including
representatives from the musician’s union as well as the labels, to
come educate us all on what we need to know on pertinent health,
safety, living, investment and other issues, using the tragic case of
Dagrin as case study.

LAGOS CARNIVAL PICTURES...

 Thousands of Lagosians converged at the Tafawa Balewa Square (TBS), Onikan, on Monday for the inaugural edition of the Lagos State Carnival.
People started arriving the TBS as early as 10am to await the various floats.While some floats represented districts including Obalende/Ikoyi, Ikorodu, Yaba and Agege amongst others, majority of them were however, students from secondary and primary schools in the state.
 Adorned in various colourful costumes and headdresses, the floats passed through some routes in Victoria Island and Lagos Island before finally converging on the TBS, where they filed past the governor, Babatunde Raji Fashola, and other dignitaries.
