Jason Schwartzman hearts his new baby ,the actor and wife Brady Cunningham welcomed their first child together,daughter Marlowe Rivers Schwartzman, last month in Los Angeles, making for a very happy holiday season.

Jay Z and Will Smith at the 64th Annual Tony Awards. The Broadway musical FELA! coproudced by jay Z and Will Smith is coming to the Nigeria, native home of the famed musician and activist FELA KUTI.

Now Edward Tyler Nahem, who co-produced the Broadway run with Jay-Z and Will Smith, is taking the production to the Nigerian capital of Lagos after proving its draw by bringing big names to its audience.

Nahem tells the New York Post, Fela Kuti was to the music of the last 40 years what was to art in the 20th century.

The Tony Award-winning show closed on the Broadway on the 2nd of January 2011 after thirteen months in the Big Apple and famed veteran singer Patti LaBelle played the role of Fela’s mother.
Superstars including Oprah Winfrey, Sting, Madonna, Beyonce, Mick Jagger, Aretha Franklin, Bruce Springsteen, Prince and Denzel Washington were seen at the Big Apple for the musical.

Samuel Eto’o has emerged winner of the category for African Player of the year beating Asamoah Gyan and Didier Drogba at this year GLO CAF Awards.

Beautiful 5year old Sharon Omolayo  was found yesterday after missing for seven days. She was last seen when she was picked up from school last Monday, Dec13th, by a family friend's house boy.

Just yesterday Monday 20th, Sharon's father received an anonymous call asking him to come pick up Sharon from outside Lagos, Ifo, Ogun State, where the man believed to have taken her confessed to kidnapping her for a ransom. Fortunately his partners backed out, and he had no choice but to return the girl. Sharon was found unharmed.

IKECHUKWU WAS BOUNCED AT REHAB CLUB.

Ikechukwu was reportedly involved in fisticuffs at the after-party for the MAMAs held recently. The rapper has reportedly gotten into an argument with a bouncer at Rehab night club, after he tried to get drinks into the club. The argument degenerated into a full fight, and they had to be restrained. The rapper later tweeted about the incident, saying: "Just wanna apologize to my fans for bringing myself so low yesterday.
