One sure testament of a good movie is that it has no geographical limit and ‘Damage’ the movie by delectable actress and producer Uche Jumbo has proven this to be true. After a mind-blowing appearance in the Nollywood scene via a premiere that brought together all the Nigerian movie stakeholders, and a hit time at the cinemas, ‘Damage is all set for another round of premiere/tour but this time around in the UK.

To the delight of Uche Jumbo’s fans abroad, come August 25, ‘Damage will be in Manchester, in London on Friday, August 26, in Coventry on Saturday August 27 and in Birmingham on Sunday 28.

The thrilling movie ‘Damage’, tells the story of love and the pain of domestic violence with a style that projects the subject as one that has not been threaded before in a movie. A man (Kalu Ikeagwu) and his wife (Uche Jombo) love each other immensely yet their day to day life can only be described as a ‘cat and mouse’ situation. They fight violently almost on a daily basis and one of the long run effects of their fights is the psychological torture their children had to go through.

Bomb Explosion rocks U.N Building in Abuja (More photos)

At least 18 people were killed today in a bombing at a U.N. building in the Nigerian capital of Abuja. Police commissioner Michael Zuokumo told reporters eight people had been injured, rescue officials are at the scene helping to pull the dead and injured from the rubbl. Bomb squad officers and other security teams were also sent to the scene, deputy police spokesman Yemi Ajayi said.

U.N. Secretary General Ban Ki-moon, addressing the media in New York, said exact casualty figures are not yet known but are likely to be "considerable."

Deadly Bomb Blast hit UN Building in Abuja

A massive bomb exploded Friday within the compound of the United Nations building in Abuja at about 10.20am, killing several people.

Witness accounts have it that the driver of a big truck forcefully drove through the security exit gates into the massive compound and went straight into the basement, before the vehicle exploded in a volte of blasts that reverberated several kilometres away.

Following up on Will and Jada Pinkett Smith’s alleged marital woes, the celebrity couple hasn’t made an official split just yet.

According to a new report from TMZ, the actor and his wife are having “significant” problems with their marriage, but they’re not throwing in the towel.

An insider revealed that a divorce is “definitely a possibility,” but first Will, Jada and the kiddos will be taking a family trip to try and sort things out.

After much speculation regarding her 13 year marriage, Jada Pinkett-Smith reacted to the rumors that she was splitting from Will Smith.

Chante Moore Charity Concert postponed till October 23rd

Virtual Xchange, and True Health Foundation today have issued a statement postponing the Chante Moore Live in Lagos Charity Concert till 23rd October 2011.

Hollywood Power Couple Will Smith and Jada Pinkett 'separate after 13 years of marriage

Will Smith and wife Jade Pinkett-Smith's seemingly picture perfect marriage has now come to a shock end, according to a  report.

The pair, who have been married for 13 years, decided to call it quits on their marriage recently, according to In Touch Weekly magazine. They have two children together - Jaden, 13, and Willow, ten.
This will be the second marriage to end for Men In Black star Will, 42, who divorced former fashion design student Sheree Zampino in 1995 after three years together. The couple had a son, Willard Christopher Smith, also known as Trey, who is now 18.

He later dedicated his 1998 single Just the Two of Us, to Trey. Lyrics included: 'It didn't work out with me and your mom/But yo, push come to shove/You was conceived in love.'

After his divorce, Smith found comfort in Jada, whom he had first met in 1990 when she auditioned and was rejected for the role of his girlfriend on his hit TV show, The Fresh Prince.

In 1997, they married in a lavish ceremony at a mansion near her hometown of Baltimore in front 100 friends and family.

Kidnapped father of Chelsea footballer John Mikel Obi freed after police raid in Kano

The father of Chelsea and Nigeria star John Mikel Obi has been found alive in the Nigerian city Kano.

Michael Obi was last seen on 12 August in the city of Jos, where his car was found last Wednesday.

Obi Senior told the BBC that he had been kidnapped in Jos before being transferred to Kano.

"I am very stressed," he said.

His abductors are now in police custody in the northern Nigerian city.

The BBC's Yusuf Ibrahim Yakasai says Michael Obi's face shows signs of the beatings that he says he endured during his ordeal.

The player's management company confirmed the good news on Monday evening.

"Earlier today Michael Obi called his family to advise them that he had been released by his abductors," Sport Entertainment & Media Group (SEM) said in a statement.

"SEM have waited until now to release this information, to ensure that Michael was safe.

"John Obi Mikel would like to thank everyone in Nigeria, his family and friends, Chelsea FC and their fans and his agents for their total support during this terrible time."

During the time of his father's disappearance, Mikel continued playing for Chelsea - starting matches against both Stoke City and West Bromwich Albion.

"I wouldn't want to let the club down and if I didn't play that game I think my mum would be very sad," the 24-year-old said after playing against Stoke.

On Friday, Chelsea manager Andre Villas-Boas hailed the "amazing mental toughness" shown by the midfielder in the wake of his father's kidnapping
