ABOUT THE COMPANY, AND THE CEO
The Evergreens’ Event Company started out in 1998, and has since rendered its valuable services in cake designing, decorations and events packaging to several individuals and corporate bodies in several cities and towns within Nigeria and even outside the country. With roots from Abeokuta, the rock city, the Evergreens’ Company had been in full operations in Lagos – Centre of Excellence, since October 2005, at No 6, Hussey Street, Yaba Lagos.

Mr. Biola Adebajo, the young man behind these whole, started it all as a passion, before going fully into it professionally. Long ago, as a little boy, he was an artist who loved to exhibit his artistic nature and creativity on anything around him – drawing, painting, making greeting cards etc. Meanwhile, in the bid to help his mother who is a caterer, he was lured into making cakes. Cakes he made even as business throughout his days in Olabisi Onabanjo University, where he studied Human Resource Management/ ILR, and finished with a B.Sc in 2005. Through his tertiary days, he had also been into interior and events decoration + events planning and management.

So far, Biola has made over 800 wedding cakes. Birthday cakes are uncountable, anniversaries, valentine and so on. Decorations for Banks and different corporate bodies during festive seasons, for weddings, luncheons and so on. The company has also planned several weddings, parties and other events, and has also being part of organizing events in the entertainment world, such as awards concerts and shows in and out of Lagos. Has hosted quite a number of ace music artistes, comedian, and movie stars in Nigeria, in music shows, concerts, etc such as Banky W, Whizkid, Gt the Guitar man, Oriri, Dtone, Iyanya, Djinee, M.I, Clever J, Midnightcrew, Kaffy, Gbenga Adeyinka, Mc Abbey, Teju Babyface, Seyi Law, Helen Paul, Segunlaffup, Stella Damasus, Denrele, Skuki, Atorise, Shuga Band, Salt of the Earth Band etc. Biola Adebajo worked briefly with some companies after school, including CELTEL Nig. and then later settled for his own business – EVERGREENS’.
