On October 14th and 15th 2011, the Muri Okunola Park in Victoria Island, Lagos was all about photography and over 150 large printed photo's of 41 international photographer were exhibited in the open air. The Lagos Photo theme was tagged “What’s Next Africa? -The Hidden Stories” and the aim is to use the power of photography to represent the hidden stories on the continent as opposed to the over represented, sensationalized, dramatic images on Africa popular across the globe.
