New Music: 'Oya Oya' Bantu

The 11 piece Bantu collective are currently sweating it out in the recording studio in Lagos putting finishing touches to their 5th studio album. To whet the enormous appetites of their loyal following they teamed up with top Hamburg based breakbeat producer Basement Freaks for this high energy dance track “Oya Oya”. Packed with funky horn riffs, an infectious groove and witty punch lines this tune is set to make you  “shake wetin your mama dash you”.

Bantu aka Brotherhood Alliance Navigating Towards Unity is an Afrofunk/Afrohiphop/Afrobeat musical collective led by Nigerian-German artiste Adé Bantu. Bantu’s music is an eclectic fusion of the rich cultural heritage of the Yorubas and the hybrid sounds of urban Africa and the diaspora; their Afropean origin is reflected in the band’s lyrics.
