Alexandra Burke has revealed that her second album will be "sexier" than her debut.
The "Start without you" singer confirmed that she is "half-way" through recording the follow-up to overcome
"In terms of album two, I've gone in a slightly different direction," she said. "It's not completely different but it's going to be a lot sexier and a lot more fun.
"None of the songs I've recorded that were meant for Overcome will make it onto album two."
She added: "The plan is to take album two to the States."
Burke confirmed that she would reunite with RedOne, who has produced several of her singles, and said that she hopes to work with Bruno Mars, Ne-Yo and Stargate on material.
However, the 21-year-old will take a break from recording for several months at the beginning of the year, when she embarks on her first UK tour.
