Willow Smith tweeted recently that she will be heading to Europe in March of 2011 to join Justin Bieber on tour. Seems that 'Whip My Hair' song is working out pretty well for the youngster. She has been named on many young entertainer lists, and the song will definitely feature on many playlists of the year.
