JUSTIN BEIBER NEW HAIR CUT.
The eBay auction ended yesterday and Justin's hair raised a staggering $40,668! The winning amount is set to be donated to The Gentle Barn charity which rescues neglected and abused animals and rehabilitates them to be used to help disadvantaged children.
