2face Idibia wowed more than 3000 spectators at the 3rd Edition of Buckwyld N Breathless, a unique concert series, organised by entertainment solutions company Now Muzik. The breathtaking event also doubled as 2face Idibia’s 5th studio album release concert.
Spectators who thronged the Eko Hotels N Suite on the 30th of April, 2012 were wowed as they watched Nigeria's finest Hiphop RnB artiste, 2face Idibia perform in a unique stage production organized by Now Muzik. The concert dubbed “Buckwyld n Breathless: Away And Beyond was opened by fast-rising FCT-based comedian, Amanna and included performances by Kween , Timi Dakolo, Vector, MI, Kas, Naeto C, Sound Sultan, W4 and D’Beat (winners of star quest 2011).
The event that also unveiled 2face idibia's 5th studio album (Away And Beyond) as he showcased [5]mind blowing performances from his latest effort as well as treating the attendees to various numbers from all his
past albums. The high point however was when the other members of the famed Plantashun Boiz, Blackface and Faze, were invited to the stage. The trio thrilled the fans to about twenty minutes of non-stop performance which saw them performing songs from their days together as a group.
Notable personalities that graced the event included Senator Florence Ita-Giwa, Hajia Folawiyo, Mr. and Mrs. Patrick and Doyle, Basketmouth, top executives of corporate organizations and members of the general public.
Now Muzik representative, Rhiemen Omorogbe, said they intend to take Buckwyld n Breathless across as many cities, states and countries as possible.
Mr Omorogbe said: "Although this is the 3rd edition of the show in three yrs, Buckwyld N breathless isn’t an annual event. It is basically like a ‘Broadway’ type of production really. We can enact as many times as possible in a year with the right sponsorship, as the cost is enormous. “
Buckwyld N Breathless is a 2face Idibia Live concert series aimed at showcasing the enigma that 2face is. Using the vehicle of a well scripted production, Buckwyld N breathless provides audiences/concert-goers something different from the every day type concert experience hitherto in the country.
The maiden Edition was held at the Eko hotels n suite, in september 2010 in Lagos while the stage was set at the O2 Arena in London in November 2011 for the second edition.
Buckwyld N Breathless is conceptualized, designed & produced by Now Muzik, a Lagos based Entertainment Solutions Company.
