Federal Government Revokes Operating License Of Dana Air & Orders Airline To Pay Families Of Victims

The Federal Government of Nigeria has revoked the operating license of Dana Airlines following the crash that left over 153 dead on Sunday June 3rd, 2012.

The Federal Government has taken this step in an attempt to clamp down on the Airline for what it has termed carelessness on the Airline. The office in Abuja was closed down yesterday, June 5th, and also the company has been made to pay the sum of 16million Naira each, as compensation, the families of affected passengers.
