The exquisite entertainment hangout spot, Koga Lounge will on Thursday, August 28, 2012 by 8pm play host once again to a constellation of superstars as lifestyle magazine; Lee hosts celebrities born in August at the Monthly Birthday Party (M.B.P).
Due to be celebrated at this month event are comedian Ayo Makun, otherwise known as AY, music producer, Tee-Y Mix, songstress, Kween, radio presenter, Tosyn Bucknor (Area Mama), television presenter, AndreBlaze, Aneke Twins, Iceberg Slim Hakym D Dream, star of Last Flight to Abuja movie, Charles Granville, delectable Nollywood actress, Ayo Adesanya, singing sensation, African China, DJ Kaywise, Tim Godfrey, popular artiste, YQ and a host of others.
The MBP is a monthly event put together by Lee Magazine to celebrate industry people who were born in a particular month of the year and it has been on for over a year now. The party which is a brainchild of Lee Magazine and KOGA will bring together celebrities,
friends, associates and fans of these birthday celebrities under one roof that day.
The event which seeks to celebrate the birth and achievements of industry players has celebrated various artistes since it started over a year ago. According to Lydia Babatunde, the host of the celebrity gig: ‘‘This edition in our usual fashion, will celebrate our superstars, those we call the ‘August visitors’. We are getting stronger and more prepared to host these celebs and their friends in a presidential manner. Its sure going to be a groundbreaking experience for fun seekers’’.
The M.B.P has hosted in times past, notable celebrities like The Comedian of the Federal Republic, Gbenga Adeyinka, Omobaba , Funsho Adeolu, Akin Olaiya, Denrele, Bimbo Akintola amongst others.
