TEEGEE’S INDUSTRY NAIJA SINGLE HITS THE AIRWAVES

TeeGee, an up-coming player in the entertainment industry has put out a single featuring Now Muzik managed Gidi Gorgeous. The single titled Industry Naija is a fusion of comedy, and hard core rap, indeed, a must hear.

Teegee a.k.a Da Unusual brings into the music industry a new twist from a humorous angle. For TeeGee who sees music as a big deal, “the game is changed”. The Industry Naija single also contains Industry Naija instrumental and acapella.

This creative music comedian used punch lines from notable artistes. According to him,

 “Solomon was the King of the Zanga and Solomon had over three hundred kokolets in his koko mansion”.

He also used punch lines like:

 “…and I said to the devil, in the mighty name of Jesus, Ori e’ fokasibe”.

“If you’re still in this church and you don’t have Jesus Christ, and you’re still sitting down, you’re in a long thing”.

Surely, a lot of hard work was put into tieing up these punch lines. He subscribed to this music comedy which he would rather refer to as Da Unusual because he wants “to stand out in order to build a mega brand”. His other works includes True Life Story, Nna Men, High Me among others. According to him, his relationship with Now Muzik, the major promoters of his Industry Naija is beyond business, “Now Muzik is my family as long as I entertain”.

Nigerian music and music industry has become dynamic to the point where a lot of creativity is infused to attract the right audience and to secure a nitch for this artiste especially in this era when “boiz are not smiling”. If muzik must pay, that is, being worth the effort put into it, then, excellence must be the watch word.
