Twiterave 3 – The Naija Twitter Party &Awards

It was a night of fun, performances and social networking as friends and Celebs on Twitter gather at Twiterave for the 3rd time since idea was launched in June, 2010.
This edition took place at Tribeca bar and Club, Vitoria Island on Saturday, April 30. Blue Carpet began from 9.30pm and featured guests from the Entertainment industry such as Freeze of Cool FM, Olisa, HipHop artistes like Kel, YQ, Pope, Chuddy K, Eva, Dagrin’s Producer So Sick and a whole lot more. Other notable guests were Adebola Williams of the Future Awards, Toolz of Beat 99.9 and Funbi.
Hosted by @KoreBrown and @Waltz_Inc, Twiterave 3’s stage was grace by Kel, SlimT, Sukiyai & Tasti, Pope and other great artistes.
The informal awards session honoured tweeps like @Olorisupergal, who won the award for the most creative enterprise; @tundefashola, that was acknowledged for the best political use of twitter; @donjazzymohits, who, as usual, was Nigeria’s favourite celebrity on Twitter, amongst others.
Twiterave is Nigeria’s first twitter party and awards event that takes place quarterly and brings together all young people (and the young-at-heart) on the twitter social network.
The next edition – Twiterave 4 is slated for July, 2011 at Ember Creek in Ikoyi.
